Description
In the heart of Cerdanya, just a few minutes from the main ski resorts, this 4-bedroom house is equipped to enjoy the mountains with all the comforts.
On the ground floor is the living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen. A large sofa with wonderful and spacious views to enjoy in front of the fire. The kitchen is fully equipped and, being an open kitchen, it is very pleasant to cook and enjoy in a group or with the family.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with bunk beds. It also has two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
On the top floor is the attic where there is a bedroom space with a double bed and another living room with all the amenities.
The house has a private garden area with lawn and dreamlike views over the entire valley.
Finally, it has a large private parking space on the same property.
The rental includes 5€/night for electricity. Additional consumption is charged at 0.28€/kWh. Pellets are provided free of charge to heat the house.
